Amazing customer service! I found Decoraciones Garcia on Facebook and I am so lucky I did! We rented tents with the draping, we did two backdrops and two light signs. I received so many compliments from over 50+ of my guest and I still feel so amazed by their work. The owners are very kind and understanding, and they work very quickly! She is the sweetest lady I worked with. Very easy to work with and assign the task. She was extra helpful with our last minute needs too. The draping and decor looked elegant and personalized for our Quince. If I can give any feedback, because I know she is getting very busy and booked out, is just reaching out to clients regularly for smooth communication, especially prior the event. I felt the need to reach out when it was getting close, but she was very responsive during the week. She is usually the one to handle calls in Spanish, but it's a family business and the family will make sure you get taken care of. Also, we had some curveballs because we had an event coordinator involved. So, it we should've made sure everyone was on the same page before the day of decorating.
